The Maritime Academy for Training Education (M.A.T.E) Senior High School is the only maritime senior high school in Rizal province, including nearby areas of Marikina City and Pasig City, founded by active Ship Captains, Chief Marine Engineers, and Electrical Engineer.

Faculty for maritime subjects includes four (4) Ship Captains, two (2) Chief Marine Engineers, and one (1) dual license Chief Marine Engineer and Electrical Engineer. All top-notch alumni from the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP). They are supported by equally capable general academic teachers from UP, MAPUA, and UST.

MATE Senior High School is proud to be the only maritime senior high school in the country with immersion at the prestigious Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) and familiarization at Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
