Academic Scholarship

A. Grade 10 completers with Highest Honors
– 100% discount in their miscellaneous and training (for both PBM and STEM)
– 100% discount in their familiarization and simulation fees (for PBM only))

Note: Students without voucher will pay the tuition fee. Only the miscellaneous fees will be covered in the scholarship.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. He/she must pass MATE Entrance Examination with at least 80% passing score per subject. (for both PBM and STEM)
2. He/she must pass the MATE Medical Screening including ISHIHARA TEST (color blindness test). (For PBM only)
3. He/she should have an average grade not lower than 98%.
4. He/she should have a conduct grade not lower than 95%.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate of Ranking from the School Principal
2. Good Moral Certification from the Guidance Counselor.
3. Report Card

ELIGIBILITY: one (1) Semester

How to retain the scholarship?
1. He/she must maintain a grade not lower than 95 in all subjects.
2. He/she should not violate any MATE rules and regulations.
3. He/she should not incur a total of 100 demerits in a quarter.

– This scholarship grant is given to underprivileged but with good academic standing Grade 10 completers from Public School.

– 100% discount in their miscellaneous and training (for both PBM and STEM)
– 100% discount in their familiarization and simulation fees (for PBM only)

3. His/her parents combined annual income is not more than ₱100,000.00

– 100% discount in their miscellaneous

The Office of the Mayor or the Student will shoulder the following:
1. Type A, Type B, Type C uniforms – AT COST
2. Ship Visit and Simulation (for PBM) – AT COST
3. Basic Life Support (for both PBM and STEM) – AT COST

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. He/she must pass MATE Entrance Examination with at least 70% passing

5. He/she must belong to top fifty percent of his/her batch.
6. He/she must secure recommendation letter every semester from office of the
Mayor address to the undersigned

2. Recommendation Letter from the Principal
