WELL DONE Balangay Class 2020. You took that first step one year ago and you are now ONE STEP closer to becoming Ship Captains or Chief Marine Engineers. I told you its a long and difficult journey…. but DIFFICULT is not IMPOSSIBLE. From original strength of 19 only 16 made it this far. You are now stronger, wiser, smarter and more determined. Our voyage has just started. It will not always be smooth sailing but we will not QUIT.
This RECOGNITION DAY, let us also recognize the parents/guardians who are trying to make both ends meet MAKAPAG ARAL ka lang. Never ever complain to them na mahirap mag aral na tinatamad ka, dahil hindi madali ang maghanap ng pampaaral mo. Honor your parents/guardians you have made it here because of them.
